Extended Stay America Dublin - Hacienda Dr.

This hotel has more room than most, room are clean the lot is well lighted.

Poor service from the front desk to the rooms. Rooms were stale from many prior years of smoking.

The hotel was good and Priceline was exceptional in pricing. When I tried to stay another night and add on a night or two and book at the reception they wanted me to pay $30.00 per night more than my Priceline price. This hotel was smelly scary dirty old decor out dated unsafe feeling came over us.

Room was dirty as was hall. Don't ever want to know that the carpet stains were. Desk area useless for work - bad kitchen type chair improper hight to small desk, poor lighting. Evening and morning staff need to learn to return a greeting or say thank you. ...read more

The location was near my work.

Overall, I had a fair stay. Upon check in I was unhappy that there was hair around the bathroom and the kitchen. I advised the front desk who offered to either move me or have housekeeping return the next day to clean again. Other than the bed being hard (thin matress) and the hair issue I guess I would return to that location. ...read more
